Aight. Training today was tough.
I hate the sun can.
The night before till the next morning there was rain.
When we went for training, the rain stipped, ground was dry.
When we go out on the court, the sun comes. -scorching HOT.
When we go for a water break, the clouds cover the sun. -Windy
When we get back on, the clouds went away. -scorching hot again.
When we ended training, the clouds came and there was a slight drizzle. -shiok.
How suay can we get?
I tell you.. the sun was SERIOUSLY HOT.
I AM BURNT.
MY FEET HURTS.
MY FINGER IS BREAKING.
MY TOE FEELS CRAMPED.
I FEEL LIKE IM IN A DESERT. (thou im in indoors now)

Btw, doesn't anybody knows how to treat a sprained finger? Other than going to the doctor or a sinseh. Please help. The finger is KILLING me. Its still looks like a pig's finger and the skin outside my joints are red. SOSSOSSOS. ASAP.
